Someone I currently worked with asked me to come to PPH as there won't be any charges and I get £30 to use. Well, i've been charged an additional £2.50 for each £20 I spend on someone who I normally use for free AND i've not received my £30 credit. Also more worrying i've paid 3 invoices totalling nearly £70 but only £46 is showing on my invoices. On my bank statement there's an extra payment that isn't showing on my PPH payments. I don't understand the system, it's very hard to use and I will be asking my freelancer to just come back to my business and work as we used to without PPH. (I was happier before PPH!)

  And - there's no way of contacting anyone, so i've wasted a whole hour trying to work out how to get in touch with PPH only to keep being redirected to a support post..........!!
