unable to purchase my first membershp

My free 3 month selling period has come to an end. So, now I need to purchase membership but whenever I try to do so, this error is shown.

 

I have repeated this step many times but it's just delaying my work, nothing else.

ive also tried to pay from paypal but its not working.

plz help;/
