Application Form Rejected

Hello,

My application was rejected although I followed the instruction given in your email with title "George, just a few changes needed in your application!". More specifically, it was mentioned : "Provide your real name and location".

First of all, I noticed that I am not able to modify my name (btw the given name is my real name).

Then, I tried to update my location to "Athens, GR" but after I pressed done the location remained "London, GB".

Finally, if the rejection is caused by my "incorrect" name and location details I would like to let me update my details and re-submit my application. If not then provide me with a feeback why my application is rejected.
