Application Rejected for third time while this is the first time to create profile.

I created my profile today for the first time and now when i go to dashboard i get message saying My application got rejected for third time. How can this be? I mean I just created profile for the first time. and why it got rejected? can you please provide proper reason for rejection?

  Hi, my profile has also been rejected three times as well. And I've changed the contact details twice only to have it rejected for a third time without understanding why. Please could I have some further information about this, so that I can validate my application to become a freelancer? Thanks! Dev
