Rejected Proposal - Would like to dispute

Hello,

Clearly I made the mistake by mentioning that I was a student in my posting, however I submitted a proposal for a professional research project to be reviewed, as I am employed by a group who is doing this work, and it was rejected on the basis that it was assumed to be schoolwork. This is not the case, and this was after I had paid for it to be marked urgently. I am very unhappy as this was my first time using this program, and I am unable to find someone to contact directly to help with this customer service matter.
