My account 3 times rejected

Dear Sir,

I submitted my profile only once. After 3 hours I got a mail that it's been not accepted as you are currently experiencing  a very high number of freelancer applications. After few month when I opened my profile on PPH, it's showing that my application has been rejected 3 times.

I submitted only once then why it's showing its rejected 3 times. Also I can't resubmit it.

Please help.
