Deactivated account after raising a support issue?
AnsweredHi, my colleague was having issues with making a card payment and we used the support chat to try and resolve it. We were told to clear cookies etc (no effect) and to login on another device (we did, to no effect).
We were told that support would look into the payment problem and email us back. We now find that the account has been deactivated for logging in from another device - which you told us to do!!!!!
We are mid project and need the account reinstated, and the original payment issue (which appears to be on your side, not ours) resolved.
