My applicatio got rejected

Hi Team,

 

My application got rejected and i dont know the reason for rejection and that is not mentioned. Please clarify why myapplication is rejected from the team. is there any way to reapply again.

They have mentioned to contact the support person but there is no chat/Call support available. I have already drop a mail to support team. but no reply from them .

Please let me know what is the reason for rejection.?
