payment in progress

I have paid the person I have picked the deposit this morning, and the payment still says "In Progress" after approx 6 hours. the money has cleared on my monzo. first time using this site and wondering what is going on...

  I am having the same issue. work is done but i cant pay him because it says in progress. he cant issue me an invoice.
