My Freelancer account rejected.

I am getting below message after registering on PPH. Can you please help me with this to activate my account and start selling my services as I am not able to understand the reason behind rejection.
"Your application has been rejected for a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour".
