    If you are referring to ticket #860582 I can see that there has been a response from the support team but no further communication from your side.

    I have emailed 17 times. I have completed 3 of those. Still no reply. This is becoming ridiculous!

    I can imagine not receiving a response is not the best situation to be in, please do understand that we have not received any new interactions from you in our system, sending an email will not get through to our support system, please follow the link that has been provided above for a new ticket to be opened to assist you further.
