My application was rejected, and how can I resubmit?

Hello there,

 

I am Darsh Rajpura and application was rejected due to number of pending application or some other reason. However am planning to resubmit, can you people assist me for the further steps?

  Hello sir,

   two days earlier my application was approved and now it shows my application was rejected.

  please guide me on this
