Why my account rejected?
Dear sir/ma'am ,
I just try in first time, but my application shows I get rejected by third time.. why is this so?
Please help me out to activate my application on urge basis.

I had exactly the same problem. It seems PPH is having a technical issue while processing the applications.
I got a message asking me to correct some info on my application form in order to complete the process. After I did it I've got another message saying to correct the same info. Then after three attempts (there was something wrong with the website response), I received an email saying that my application has been rejected without explaining the reasons. I am pretty sure that it's definitely not because of my professional profile.
I look forward to hearing from PeoplePerHour about this specific issue.
