profile application got rejected

Sir I have applied for the freelancer profile application which was rejected , sir please tell me the reason why it got declined and please suggest things that I have to edit in my profile so that my account can be verified. I have want to start freelancing and be a genuine freelancer and do the work.
Please Help

  since a time i will create a account in people per hour . i also include some works in my portfolio. some how rejected in my account again and again.but why ?
