Application Rejected 3rd Time

Hi,

I submitted my profile only once. On next day when I opened my profile on PPH, it's showing that my application has been rejected 3 times.

I have submitted only once then why it's showing that it is rejected 3 times. Pls help me to resolve the issue so that I can start my business.

  I am also facing the same issue!
  I have submitted only 1st time and it rejects and says it's my 3rd time.

  Also don't show the reson and option to chage or update it.

  I have submitted only first time...
  But rejects and says 3rd time

  Same here, 

  I only Submitted once

  I have tried to edit my profile but it doesn't save after i finish

  I am also facing the same issue.

  Instead,  my once I application was accepted but now it showing "your application is rejected for the third time". 

  Please help me out from this situation.

  How can I apply for a PPH account again because my PPH account was rejected before 3 months?
