Remove my profile from People per Hour

Hi - I no longer want to be part of the PPH community, but I cannot see anywhere to see how to remove my details and I certainly don't want to have my details come up when my name is put into the internet. 

There is no clear way of removing my profile and no clear way of contacting PPH to request this.
