Changing My security Question

Hello,  I've been trying to change my security question as the answer was not accepted and I've been locked out. However the system won't allow me to change the question and keeps defaulting to the old one. I have done some work which I now need to invoice and deliver. Help please?

  In order to reset your security question, you will need to proceed and contact our customer support at https://support.peopleperhour.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. We should need to verify your account first.
