Why rejected may application.

Why did not accept my applicaton. My experties are Data Entry ,Virtual Assistant, Lead Generation which is Data Entry relevent field, those are demanable skills in the present time that is why I think my application is acceptable. Would you justify my skills and my account . I want to work with you.

  My Application  third times rejected..how can i re-submit the application again? and i can't find the place of " Submit Request " to get help from customer support team..even i can't find why i'm rejected
