Missing invoice - why are you ignoring me?!!
AnsweredI have emailed several times and haven't heard anything back. If no one gets back to me I will be forced to no longer use this site in the future, as I am now in trouble with my employer over this issue.
I have a transaction on my bank statement for £16.66, which I have highlighted in the screenshot of my PeoplePerHour account attached. I need an invoice for this transaction to send to my employer however, there is only one invoice in the invoice section – for payment of £39.60.
Please can you provide me with a receipt/invoice for the £16.66 payment that is on my card.
