Buyer paid money/ deposited but unable to see in my workstream

Hi can anyone advise what is the reason that I can't see deposit of my client who made deposit against new work? Also once I click on the workstream in the client name it takes to the blank page. I sent email twice to PPH but no reply yet. Also my client while deposited PPH deducted some money. He is asking what was the reason that he is been charged. Please help. Thanks

  I tried to have live chat with PPH which was available before. Can someone advise me that I can do the live chat with PPH?
