Refund fee

I had a freelancer applying to my project that was not able to complete the project. He agreed that he wasted my time and agreed on the refund.

However I just notice PPH doesn't refund the service fee. So I received the freelancer refund but not the PPH Service fee.

The project didn't happen, I waste my time, I couldn't create a "submit a request" - yes that button on your website doesn't work. and you still charge for a fee of a service that didn't exist.

For best customer experience this refund should be automatically.

Can you please proceed with the service fee refund.
