Frustrating
AnsweredSince first using PPH 8 years ago I have always found this site extremely difficult to navigate. Everything seems so complicated and unclear.
Earlier today I posted an ad or search request. I later decided that I wanted to cancel this search because the early responses were all irrelevant. So I logged on and tried to find out how to cancel a project. - and after half an hour of searching for how to cancel I gave up.
I didn't want any more responses so I edited the ad by marking it 'withdrawn'
Half an hour later I received an email saying that in order to cancel the ad I would have to log in to my account and cancel it!!! The email was from a noreply address.
Utter waste of time

Sorry to hear that you encountered this issue on our site. We looked at your account and noticed that you managed to cancel your project. For future reference, and guidance for anyone else eventually searching for the same resolution through our community, please be advised that cancelling a project can be done by clicking on your profile picture (located on the top right corner of any page once logged in to your PPH account), and then choosing Buyer Activity. There you will be able to see all your projects, and by clicking on the drop down menu of the desired project, you have multiple options, one of which is to Cancel it.

I agree! Sent an email to customer services after searching for hours how to contact. In the end, I posted on here which was picked up. Received an email telling me to come back on here and "raise a ticket", however, unable to raise the ticket! Still no response from customer services. Really frustrating!
