Raise invoice

i finished the job and tried to raise the invoice but it didn't work , i selected the file then i pressed send then it shows sending.. but no thing delivered .

    It say on your screenshot you can’t raise an invoice until you supply the support team with the details requested

    i did it all , filled my address , tax and withdrawal account.

    Were you able to find the solution ?

    i had the same problem. i found out a way.
    got to this link while you are logged in https://www.peopleperhour.com/payments/invoices

    Create an invoice from there. It worked for me :)
