Differing amount on invoice to what was paid

Hello,

My accounts team have enquired as to why there is a different amount taken off of our payment card as to what is on the invoice that I have sent them. The invoice amount is less than the payment

I understand these are due to PPH charges if this is the case, please can you send me a revised invoice with these charges included. My invoice reference is 3016571-1.

Please could someone get back to me ASAP?

  Because that would be too easy. It's impossible to keep a record of how much the total was against the invoices because they do not match. I see this problem has been ongoing for about 7 years - and as easy and simple it is to understand, PPH seem to be evading the issue.
