forget security question's answer

I want to enter information in my payment section but when i click they ask me the security question. I answer it but they said its not correct answer. Please help me to change the security question's answer.

  In order to reset your security question, you will need to proceed and contact our customer support at https://support.peopleperhour.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. We should need to verify your account first.
