Want to change name, email, freelancer category

Hi

I want to change my name cause I used my childhood name but my NID card has another name. So, I want to use that name on PPH. I want to change my email ,opened in my valid name that use in my NID card. At last, I want to change my freelancing Category in Design cause I have 7 years of experience in Graphics Design and I am the employee of "DONZOO Design" Company that open in PPH. And It's my personal account. So, I just want to work in my personal account & I have left the Company. So that After all changes I will subscribe a subscription of 1month to work renew on this account. So Please Help me to change this all.
