Account Deactivated

I posted a project on an account this morning. It was a relatively new account - only 1 project previously. Went to log back in 30 minutes later and it says the account has been deactivated? But I am still getting notifications from the app that proposals are coming in - although I can't actually click on them as it won't let me log in? 

Any idea what is going on or how to get over this?
