Internal OneClick System Error?

Hello,

My name is Rawan, I have registered on PPH, and wanted to add a bank account to be a payment method, but always an error appears with this message:

There has been a problem with this request. (Internal OneClick System Error).

 

 

Can anyone help me with this, please?
