I am trying to pay my freelancer, Paypal has approved the transaction, my credit card company has approved the transaction, everyone has approved the transaction except....People Per Hour.  Its shows me an error telling me something went wrong.  This is not what my freelancer wants to hear, he just wants to get paid. And now what?
