Where is the request a refund button?
AnsweredI received the message "Our Moderation Ninjas detected content in your WorkStream, which was in violation of our Terms & Conditions. For that reason, your message never reached Prodip Kumar's Inbox. If you want to talk this through, just Contact us"
It seems you have no way to contact directly to someone of customer service to help me with this. I need to request a refund because the freelance didn't respond my messages and I have seen no result on the work I requesed him.
I read on the help center that there are a button on the WorkStream where you can click to request the refund but I don't have that button!!

Could you give me an answer asap please?
