Took 5 working days for me last week, but we pay a massive 20% fee (not to mention the fee from the client). It would be nice if the product team or management responded as we know they read the threads. this has been ongoing since may.

Worrying I had to correct Crystal (thread contributor for PPH) a few weeks ago who quoted 'withdraw by midday for payment the same day'. Since May they have used covid19 and now an increase of withdrawals - which in their own t&c's they advise to immediately withdraw as the funds held in your wallet are not protected. From my own circumstances, my income this month has dropped by over 50% on PPH yet my ranking has increased so I don't believe they have a 5 days worth of increases in sales or withdrawals.

When I worked for an insurer they used the same excuse and it was just they released a certain amount of funds per day with the other amount gaining small interest. If they were behind (from same day to 5 working days) they would be processing all day and not just at their usual times. I have reported this to IPSE who said their media teams will investigate.

Today I have got an email reply to my complaint from PPH Support in which they served the usual standard canned excuse. Here is a brief quote:

"I would kindly like to inform that there's a slight delay on the processing of withdrawals as there's a large queue, however we are doing our best to process everything as quickly as possible so we appreciate your patience."

Well, things are going south on PPH so I will act accordingly.

    - First, I always withdraw any small amount is on my account immediately after my order is completed and invoice is paid.

    - Second, I will not start a new order before I receive my withdrawn money to PayPal. It is pointless to risk more to get stolen. One can never know whether we actually get the money or not. Excuses are plenty and cheap...

This is a very good reason to never leave more money in PPH account than the payment for your last order.

I have actually never got any withdrawn money to my PayPal account within the promised 1 business day. It always took 3 days, but so far I did not bother to complain. But now this is getting ridiculous. Like, if you give them your little finger, then they want to take your whole arm...

I had to wait 5 days for a payment via bank account so the last time I tried Paypal, and that was last Wednesday and still nothing, it is scary because companies start doing stuff like this when they're in financial trouble. They're running this raffle thing I've seen advertised on social media yet payments to people who've work from their site already take over a week?

Today 7 days after requesting withdrawal I have received the money to my PayPal account. I hope you fellows also get it soon. Even more so I hope that we will not have to complain about this again.

I will take  a new order on PPH again in a few days to work on, but after seeing how fragile this side hustle really is, I am not very enthusiastic. Worrying about not getting my money from the platform is not something I want to be part of my business...

Finally! I got my money! I must say that was scary but now everything is back to normal and I can continue my work on PPH.
