Does People per hour care about support?

I'm struggling to retain belief in any kind of authentic support (apart from community) for the people behind PpH. Where's the 24 hour support? Why the prolonged 'under moderation' for projects.... unless you stick a £10 in their wallets... for what? contact me please david@everywherebrand.com

  Have had an account for yonks and paid out ££££.00 but still it seems that posts need a moderator to approve... and the UK has gone to bed? Losing a lot of faith in this 24/7 platform over the last few months.

  Point proven I think.

  It's really not good enough for a service that is supposedly global for there to be such dreadful service and a help desk that only seems to work UK hours. 

  You know that I needed help - so reach out and help - not ask me to submit a request for help... which I'm guessing will take another 3 days to respond too??

  It really isn't good enough.

  It's pretty much only necessary because of the lack of existence of formal PpH support isn't it?
