    Yes, I was paid out on Tuesday for withdrawals from the 23/11 and I believe there is a 5-7 working day delay - however, don't hold me on this as there has been no confirmation from them

    I've been raising issues with them almost every week as there isn't enough communication. My withdrawal from 7am Friday is only just being processed - nearly a week later! Sounds like yours was the same. It's really not very helpful when we have no way of knowing when to expect the money that we have earned!

    I’ve waited 7 days now and nothing. I just submitted a support request asking when I would receive my payment.
