New Withdrawal Account Rejection

I was informed through an email from PeoplePerHour that my withdrawal account is not been approved. The rejection reason stated as “Payment method under different name”.
Since I don’t maintain any other withdrawal account I would like to receive your support to fix this issue.
If possible I would like to have this conversation privately which I could provide further details.
