Third time rejected

Hi there,

I am new on this side but when i log in this side,on a few minutes my account has show that third time reject.Why it,s shown i can,t understand.Please help me to solve that.

  i am a new freelancer in this side 

  i created an account in this side but my application din not accept .

  what is the reason this ??
