You can try out a new Proposal....
I've posted this before, and no doubt I'll post this again since the last post got zero traction from the Authority.
Proposals invariably get a rejection with "You can try out a new Proposal that XXX cannot refuse."
Why should any freelancer waste any more of their time on another proposal and waste another credit when they don't know why their proposal was rejected in the first place?
Writing proposals takes time. To have them declined with no reason is beyond frustrating. It's insulting.
To have PPH just respond with some generic platitude as though that's going to make it any more valid as a response is poor.
There SHOULD be a required rejection reason in the same way that freelancers send a reason when they reject a notification (of a job posting) sent to them.
If the buyer requesting doesn't provide a reason why it's declined then the credit should be refunded.
It's one the most infuriating parts of PPH apart from 95% of jobs expiring without any action.

That is unfortunate to hear. Being one of the oldest freelancing platform from times of Elance and o-desk, it shouldn't be the case. Customer Service is at heart of every business and there is a dire need of serious upgradation in this regard. Please make it better for your existing freelancers atleast if you really care. You are rejecting new freelancers as you state in your email that you care for your existing freelancers' livlihood, but this doesn't seems like caring. :-). Just mention clearly that we are lazy enough to provide any support.
I have had an account of PPH previously between 2011 or 12 but rather than providing a reason, sending an email or making it dormant, it vanished from the space with no trace at all :-) and at the time when I am ready to get start with some serious work, I am stuck on approval from the PPH authorities where I am getting an auto generated message that you are rejected for the third time though I have tried once. lol.
Dear PPH, please improve your customer support.

Adeel. The post is NOTHING to do with accepting or rejecting new freelancers. It is to do with proposals being rejected without a reason and then the system adding insult by asking the freelancer to waste another proposal credit.
Make your own thread / post if you want your question answering.
PPH admin. This post has remained unanswered as the last one on the same topic was. Please give a reasoned response as to why and your answer to the question.

I got the point what you mentioned earlier and I am not complaining about my issue to get resolved by this post as I do know this thread will not work out for me. :-)
However, I was referring to points of commonality that if PPH is not providing a support or answer to existing freelancers like you, how could I complain that they will help me out. :-)
Therefore, they should upgrade their customer service a bit, so atleast you people working here can benefit out of it. That will be lucurative for PPH and the community.Happy New Year!
