PeoplePerHour community. your community just email me and confirm that my profile is accepted. but when I land my profile then I see ( your application at PeoplePerHour was not accepted). but why and does any mistake me?

  I am a new seller of your website. My account has been not accepted. Something wrong while creating my account. I have added the portfolios in place of the certificates. For that my account was not acceptable. I understand my mistakes and want to correct them. What can I do now? Sir please help me.
