client not responding

Hi there, 
I have a client I have been working with on a logo and website project. I sent him a first set of logo concepts which he didn't like... but this helped me understand what he was looking for better so did a whole new set of concepts and sent them. 
He has now not responded in 10 days nor has he sent the content I requested for the website I've been building for him. I can not invoice him for the work done either as non is finishable without his feedback and the content. 
any help would be great
