35% fee instead of 20%

I have just completed my first job at PPH. They said, they will charge a 20% commission fee from the order, but instead they charge a 35% PPH fee from my first job. Instead of having $8 in the account, I have left with $6.5. I have another job for $100. I get this client from outside, I am really embarrassed as I am going to lose a lot of money in this job.
