Applied only once but it says "Application rejected 3 times""

I would like to bring to the attention of the administrator the glitch that a lot of us are facing. I submitted an application for a gig but it was rejected. When I tried to register again, I encountered an error stating that my application has been rejected 3 times. Please check into it and try to fix it as soon as possible.
