Overcharged

My project should have been $175. I have been charged four times:

1) $150.10 on Feb 25

2) $77.60 on Feb 24

3) $116.10 Feb 23

4)$34.00 Feb 18

I was not aware what the $34 charge was for until I saw a notice for the NDA. This is ridiculous considering I did not need it. As for the other charges, I have no idea why I've been overcharged so much and there is no email for customer service or chat box as it says in the help center. I live in the USA, so calling will be my last option. Much prefer on-line resolution. Please help!
