Can't get the account approved

Hi. I created my account with all info legit. But 5 minutes after submitting the profile, it says that "Your account has been rejected for the third time. Contact support". And I can't find any option to have a chat with the support team. Please help me.

  Same thing happened with me. 
  And I haven't uploaded the cover and profile pics. Once I uploaded both I received the mail 'Congrats! After carefully reviewing your profile, our Team has accepted the changes you made to your profile.'
  
  Now I'm waiting for  another approval of 'You can't send a proposal since your Freelancer Application is not approved'
