Application rejection

whenever I open my profile I get a prompt of application rejection. I tried to go through earlier posts related to this problem but could not find any solution. 

Kindly guide me .

  yes me too this is so bad i am a freelancer on verified upwork but  people per hour rejecting my application seriously
