Rejected freelance application

Hi! 
My application to PeoplePerHour was rejected. It was mentioned that I do not meet your requirements, if it is possible I would like more clarification to which requirements I do not meet so I can edit and improve my application based on it. I am a freelancer on other job boards, yet I haven't had such issue before.
