Hi 

so I am about to pay for a job and was expecting my 20% offer to reduce a £400 bill to £320 plus pay the £38 service fee put on top before they informed me about it, but that is another issue altogether. When the actual amount is now £418 instead. So how exactly have I got 20% off?
