    I just received that the bank statement I provided was rejected as it did not matched my Profile Name.  Onbarefeet is a pseudo name I use and I will be unable to provide any financial document that will bear this name.  I did asked to have me Profile Name changed at the start of my subscription but I did not hear anything.  Are you able to help me to change my profile name please?
