AWARED JOB?

Hi!

I'm new at PPH and I don't understand what to do next.

I get notification from PPH that "you have been selected to bid first for this job" but I cant do anything on the job wall. Its showing that in green "AWARDED" does it mean it's been given to someone else ! Cause I cant post anything on ask ques and there is no way that I can contact with the buyer.

How do I contact the buyer?

What's next?
