Refund!

I do not wish for the freelancer that sent a proposal to continue doing the work. He sent a very poor sample of work. And I'm very unhappy with the results. I was trying to get a refund before that but my payment wasn't showing in the escrow. I do not wish to do business with this freelancer and my refund was rejected becuase the freelancer won't stop trying to do the work. Even though I told him that I do not want him to continue the project. I want a full refund. I do not do bad business and I won't accept poor work. So send me my refund and stop rejecting it if I don't want the freelancer to do the job anymore. I found another freelancer on PPH that's willing to do the job just how I asked them. So please send me my refund asap so that I can move on and pay the next freelancer that's doing a much better job of what I'm seeking for my project.
