February 20% discount not applied

Your promotion in February was for an automatic 20% discount for purchases made that month. No discount code required. I made a purchase on February 27th but the discount has not been applied. Not only that, my account was charged an additional buyers fee, which is not mentioned anywhere on your website that I can see. And the funds were charged in USD, not CAD as I had thought. So, instead of the $478 ($598 minus 20%) that I thought I was paying, all inclusive, my credit card was charged $857 dollars. That is quite a difference! 

I thought using PPH would be a good idea, but correcting these extra payment charges has been frustrating, as there is no direct way to contact the company to correct the mistake.
