Invoice for the amount charged by PPH

I should probably be submitting a ticket for this, but the Submit a request button on top of your support center isn't working. I tried 3 different browsers, but none of them seems to work. For that reason I'm contacting you using a community post.
As for my request:
Yesterday I paid an invoice (# 1571478-5) for the amount of € 50.00. Together with the PPH fees, that came to a total amount of € 55.60. When I download the invoice (# 1571478-5) from the website, it only mentions the amount of € 50.00, which does not correspond to the paid amount of € 55.60.
Can you please
- either provide me an invoice for the total amount of € 55.60?
- either provide me an additional invoice for the part of the PPH fee of € 5.60?

Hello Steven,
Please try clearing cookies and submitting a new request if needed.
Once logged in to you PPH account please click on your profile picture on the top left corner then continue to Payments option and then Transactions there you will find the option to download an invoice for any transaction you choose.

I'm waiting to be helped for over a week and now you just ask me to create a ticket? By the way, you are using Zendesk, so you can just convert this post into a support ticket. Would have saved us both some time.
